PUBLIC INFORMATION CENTER

The Public Information Center offers citizens and guests a rich set of information on:
*municipal, regional and state government, as well as ways of participating in it;
*The policy of the European Union (history, symbols, Member States, treaties and documents);
*information for the Municipality of Plovdiv and the region – socio-economic development, history, culture, tourism;
*free vacancies, in cooperation with the Bureau of Labor;
*social security, health care, order for issuing different types of documents, permits, licenses, etc.
*public services;
*resources for self-study and training;
*entertainment, hobbies, sports.

Workers in the center provide assistance in searching online, filling in various types of electronic forms for access to public services, etc. It is proposed to transfer information electronically or on a paper search result sheet. At the disposal of the users there are four automated workplaces with secure Internet connection and WiFi.
The center has computer configurations equipped with specialized programs for people with visual impairments and assistive technologies for them.
The Information Center premises are provided for use according to the Library Services Price List.
