USERS REGISTRATION

User registration takes place all year round in the Library's Catalog Lobby. Here you can get the first instructions for using the collections and information about the services we offer.

On-site services
• User subscriptions:
* Annual, six-month, monthly and one-day consumer card. See details of terms and scope of services here and payment here.
• Loan and return library documents. The period of use of books is 30 days. They may be rewritten up to two times after the expiration date. Loaning books for home is only available with a valid subscription.
• Execution of on-the-spot orders for loaning library documents for home reading and / or reading room can be: for the respective day, for the next day or for Saturday and Sunday (reading room only). After the order is placed in the Bureau for Acceptance of Orders for the day, the document is delivered within 15 minutes.

Online services
Online service through personalized registration in the “My Library” platform. This allows you to:
* creating an account and accessing your reader card;
* online ordering books for home reading and receiving an answer for their availability within 24 hours of filling the application;
* online retention of documents and tracking the status of the request; when visiting on-the-spot, ordered documents await you at a place in the Bureau for Acceptance of Orders;
* Online rewriting of loaned documents (up to two times after the expiration of the initially set period of 1 calendar month).
